Title to the property is currently vested in Gary H. Paulk, Larry L. Paulk, Jacob W. Paulk, Jr., and Terrence J. Paulk, by way of Executor’s Deed from the estate of Judy H. Paulk. Judy H. Paulk acquired the property from her mother, Pearl R. Padgett, and her sister, Jeanette H. Oakley.The property was previously owned by W. R. Padgett and Bernard Padgett.
