The terms of the sale will be by approved check upon acceptance of the highest bid by the Sellers. The Sellers reserve the absolute right to reject any and all bids and to withdraw the property from sale in their sole discretion. Bids should be submitted on a lump sum basis and not by the acre or for less than the entire property.
